Glean at a Farmers Market!

Duties/Responsibilities: Market-to-pantry volunteers help us collect unsold produce at the end of farmers markets, and give it out to those in need! Volunteers will arrive to the market 15-30 minutes before it ends, walk around and speak with vendors about how they can donate their produce. Once the market ends, volunteers go around and collect donations. The donations are weighed and logged, and finally dropped off at one of our nearby partner sites.

• Cloverdale Farmers Market - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
  • Tuesdays, 5:45pm
• Healdsburg Farmers Market- FULL

Additional Information: Volunteers are given a market kit, with log sheets, a scale, and other materials. We are looking for volunteers who can commit to at least 1 market glean a month.
