Meet at Farm to Pantry office (7796 Bell Rd, Windsor) at 1:30pm to deliver fruits and veggies to three community wraparound service locations in Santa Rosa!

Catholic Charities - 987 Airway Ct, Santa Rosa
WIC Clinic - 1450 Guerneville Rd, Santa Rosa
*more detailed instructions will be provided when you arrive at the F2P office
Each location will receive 2-3 boxes of fruits & veggies which can fit in a standard small (sedan) car.
