Produce Delivery Shift: Santa Rosa Community Health Clinics
Meet at Farm to Pantry office (7796 Bell Rd, Windsor) at 1:30pm to deliver fruits and veggies to three Santa Rosa Community Health Clinics!
Dutton Campus - 1300 N Dutton Ave, Santa Rosa
Lombardi Campus - 751 Lombardi Ct, Santa Rosa
Vista Campus - 3569 Round Barn Cir, Santa Rosa
Each clinic will receive 2-3 boxes of fruits & veggies which can fit in a standard small (sedan) car.
